Standard and Super Silent Enclosures
DELTA GENERATOR enclosures are manufactured from DKP sheet metal with automatic surface cleaning and acid washing, or optionally from galvanized sheet metal. Before painting, a nano-ceramic coating and electrostatic powder coating are applied to provide 2000-hour (DIN EN ISO 9227) salt spray resistance.
Standard enclosures can be produced in various sizes from 10 kVA to over 3000 kVA. Custom productions with special sound barriers, high-capacity fuel tanks, and front or top air intake and exhaust can be made according to customer demands.
In addition to ensuring the thermal insulation of exhausts and mufflers, high sound attenuation mufflers are housed in isolated compartments within the enclosures.
Special acoustic foam, ISO-certified for heat and sound resistance, is used on the interior walls of the enclosures. Perforated sheet-covered rock wool can also be used for stronger sound insulation upon customer request.
Super silent enclosures, specifically manufactured in accordance with the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization position numbers, feature walls covered with rock wool and acoustic foam, encapsulated by perforated sheet metal.
A minimum of 3 mm sheet metal is used for chassis, and the daily fuel tank is located within the standard chassis. Double-walled fuel tanks and chassis with different capacities can also be manufactured according to customer requirements.
Sound barriers can be used at air intakes and exhausts to significantly reduce noise levels upon customer request.
In modularly manufactured enclosures, the junctions of the sheet metal panels are assembled with stainless steel bolts, designed to be concealed from view.
Stainless steel hinges and locks are used on the enclosure doors.
